The legal basis for the treatment of your personal data, depending on the category of the relevant interested party, may be:

The data that have been requested are adequate, pertinent and strictly necessary and in no circumstance is the interested party obliged to provide the same, but the lack of communication of the same may affect the purpose of the service or the inability to provide the same.

For how long do we keep your personal data?

Your personal data will be kept for the minimum  period of time which might be necessary for the correct supply of the offered service, as well as to meet the liabilities that might arise from the same and of any other legal requirement.

To whon will your data be communicated?

For the correct provision of the services, APM Professional Solutions, S.L.P. will be entitled to communicate your data to those collaborators working together with APM Professional Solutions, S.L.P. in the provision of the advisory service that you have requested from us (notary publics, shipping companies,etc).

Additionally, we hereby inform you that, by virtue of the current regulations in force or of the contractual relation that you hold with APM Professional Solutions, S.L.P., certain data may be communicated to  (i) the banks and financial entities for the cashing of the services that have been hired and/or the products that have been purchased; and (ii) public administrations which are competent in those sectors in which APM Professional Solutions, S.L.P., when established by the relevant regulations in force.

In the event that the web hosting server in which APM Professional Solutions, S.L.P.'s web is hosted is not located within the territory of SPain, an international data transfer will take place.

What is the basis for the treatmentof your data?

En el supuesto de que el servidor de hosting web en el que se encuentra alojada la web de APM Professional Solutions, S.L.P. se encuentre fuera de territorio español, se producirá una transferencia internacional de datos.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

The rights of data protection that might be exercised by the interested,  when applicable, are: (i) right to access to the interested party's personal data, (ii) right of correction or supression, (iii) right of opposition, (iv) right to request information relating their treatment, (v) right to the transferability of their data and (vi) right to not being subject of decissions based solely in the automatised treatment of data.

The holders of the obtainded personal data will be entitled to exercise their rights of personal data protection by delivering a written communication to APM Professional Solutions, S.L.P.'s corporate domicile or to the email established for such purpose, which is general@apmsolutions.es

Am I entitled to withdraw my consent?

You have the possibility and the right to withdraw the consent for any specific purpose that has been granted from time to time and that cannot affect the legality of the treatment based on the consent which is prior to the withdrawal.

Where can I complain in the event that I consider
that my data are not treated correctly?

In the event that any interested party considers that its data are not treated correctly by APM Professional Solutions, S.L.P. or that the requests of exercise of rights have not been successfully taken into account, it will be entitled to present a claim before the corresponding data protection authority, being the AEPD ther correct one within the Spanish territory.

With the purpose of safeguarding the security of your personal data, we hereby inform you that APM Professional Solutions, S.L.P. has adopted all necessary technical and organisational measures in order to ensure the security of the personal data provided to us. All that measures have been taken in order to avoid its modification, loss and/or  unauthorised treatment or access, as requested by the rulings in forceeven though absolute security does not exist.

In order for us to keep your personal data updated, it is important that you inform us each and every time an amendment of said data takes place. 

Confidentiality

APM Professional Solutions, S.L.P. will inform you that your data willbe treted with the highest precaution and confidentiality by all staff that may intervene in any of the phases of the treatment. We will neither assign nor communicate your date to any third party, except in those cases legally established or when there is an express authorisation from the interested party.
